Do you ever have one of those days where everything you eat is just… gross. I have these days fairly regularly. I get sick of the options we have in the house so I look online for recipes I can botch in my kitchen.

I was on a kick where I was trying to repurpose all of Tyler’s unused baby food packets – think, fruity chicken and brown rice muffins. Mmmmmmmm!

Today I decided I needed to make those avocado protein ball things everyone loses their minds over. I had all the ingredients: avocado, cocoa powder, prunes, peanut butter and unsweetened coconut flakes. Put all that garbage in the food processor and BAM brown sludge that has the potential to turn me into a fitness queen!

Yeah, that shit was nasty so I spread it out on a cake pan, poured icing sugar all over it and put it in the fridge to cool. Now I am taking nasty bite after nasty bite while also drinking coffee full of grounds because our Keurig keeps exploding the pods.

Also, it’s almost 3pm and my fitbit tells me I have only taken 989 steps.
